AAEC offers technical support 7 days a week to all of it's dial-up account users to get you up and running on the internet. The help desk is staffed with knowledgeable people that can answer all of your setup needs. Non-emergencies and general questions can be answered by looking through the AAEC FAQ List or by e-mail the support desk at support@aae.com.
